Your new role: As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will provide social, emotional, and practical support to people whose mental health or emotional wellbeing may affect their ability to maintain a stable tenancy. You'll offer trauma-informed, person-led support that empowers individuals to build on their strengths and move toward independence. This service supports people living within emergency accommodation, where individuals may be rapidly moved between placements. The support is varied and fast-paced, requiring someone confident in community-based work who can manage a caseload with diverse levels of need and complexity. This is a 12-week temporary assignment with scope to go permanent.
