adult/adolescents Addictions Elderly care Adolescents Experience required: Must have at least 1 year experience in the UK The ability to learn and adapt to a busy and ever-changing environment DBS in date X2 references covering x1 years employment What Were Looking For: Proven experience in providing a wide range of high-quality support in a healthcare setting. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in literacy, numeracy and basic IT skills. NVQ Level 3 in Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
