Permanent Role Leading Complex Projects from Preconstruction to Handover
Were working with a fast-growing, highly regarded contractor with historic national roots delivering complex, technically demanding projects across the UK.
This role will be looking after projects in and around the Midlands.
We are looking for a Mechanically biased PM with experience working on projects ranging from £100k to £2.5m.
Clients vary from health, education to blue light to train stations to high spec residential and commercial. Experience with JCT contracts is required; familiarity with NEC or P22 contracts is a plus.
