Job Title: Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 + Package (Pension, Healthcare, Car Allowance)

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyors or MEP Quantity Surveyor (5+ Years experience) to join a leading main contractor delivering high-profile, technically complex projects for major blue-chip clients across London. This is a permanent role within a company that has a track record of securing flagship projects and offers clear progression to Commercial Manager and beyond.
Working as part of a high-performing commercial team, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of major schemes, with the autonomy and support to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple MEP packages across major projects to maximise commercial returns Oversee commercial planning and strategy with direct reporting to the Commercial Director Track project deliverables and ensure adherence to budget and programme Approve and manage subcontractors and suppliers Handle contractual correspondence including EOTs, claims, and cost forecasting Provide detailed cost reports and financial analysis to senior stakeholders Lead and mentor commercial team members ...
