Production Welder – Immediate Start
We are seeking two experienced Production Welders to join our team immediately. Please note that our Stores and Assembly positions have now been filled.
Position Details;
* Role: Production Welder
* Shift: Day Shift
* Hours: ROTATING SHIFTS
Week 1: Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm & Friday 6am - 1pm
Week 2: Monday - Thursday 2pm -10pm & Friday 1pm - 8pm
Key Responsibilities
* Read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately
* Weld Mild Steel, DF and Pre galve of various thicknesses
* Set up and operate welding machines safely and efficiently
* Identify potential issues with profiles before and during production
* Grind and polish finished products to a high standard
* Maintain meticulous attention to detail and accuracy throughout all tasks
Candidate Requirements
* Proven welding experience within a production environment
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
* Must successfully pass a weld test as part of the recruitment process
* Physically able to handle steel components
