MIG Welder Location: Corby

We are currently recruiting an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing company in Corby, specialising in irrigation equipment. This is a great opportunity for long-term, stable work in a busy workshop environment.

Pay £16.21 per hour Overtime paid at £24.31 per hour

Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 Friday: 08:00 - 16:30

The Role

MIG welding mild steel (1mm - 15mm) Welding thin and thick sections Working with and without jigs Producing strong, water-tight welds Reading and working from engineering drawings Preparing materials and setting up equipment Inspecting welds to ensure quality standards Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Meeting production targets and deadlinesWhat We're Looking For

Proven experience as a MIG Welder Confident welding mild steel across varying thicknesses Ability to read engineering drawings Strong attention to detail Reliable and able to work as part of a team Flexible for overtime when requiredBenefits
