Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced

Welders

to join a busy, high-output manufacturing environment. The role requires working to high safety and quality standards, following engineering drawings, and operating MIG welding equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stable hours, competitive pay, and a chance to work in a structured production setting. Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding to high standards using technical drawings and jig arrangements

Operate machinery safely in accordance with Health & Safety regulations

Work individually or as part of a team to meet production targets

Maintain quality control and high standards of housekeeping throughout production

Key Performance Indicators:

Maintain quality and output standards

Adhere to health and safety procedures

Meet deadlines and manage work efficiently

Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance

Experience and Training:

Proven experience as a welder in a busy manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents

Skilled in the use of electrical or manual tools (saws, calipers, squares, etc.)

Knowledge of safety standards

Attention to detail
