At GRAHAM, we are a leading FM and construction delivery partner supporting a major long-term campus transformation programme within the education sector. As part of this growing portfolio, we are seeking a Minor Works Estimator to support the commercial and operational teams in the delivery of high-quality Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabric minor works across a large and diverse estate. The Minor Works Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and robust target costs, budget estimates, and commercial appraisals for a wide range of small to medium-scale projects. The role will support the clients capital and lifecycle investment programme by ensuring estimates are built on sound first principles, offer value for money, and comply with contractual frameworks such as NEC and JCT. This is a key role within a high-profile strategic delivery partnership, requiring strong analytical ability, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills. If you are experienced in estimating within FM, M&E, or minor capital works, and have the drive to support a large, long-term education sector programme, we would welcome you to our team.
