As part of a large team, you'll be delivering M&E / Air Conditioning maintenance.Key duties & Responsibilities:PPM & Reactive maintenanceAir conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenanceYour main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.Extensive building services knowledgeMaintain and update Log booksMobile Air Conditioning Engineer - QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSFgas 2079 Cat 1 - (Essential)NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum), NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential)NVQ / City & Guilds - Electrical Engineering - (Desired but not essential)18th Edition (Desired but not essential)Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge5 - 7 Years ExperienceFull UK Drivers Licence (Clean)PACKAGESalary: Available upon applicationWorking Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pmTransport & expenses: Van & Fuel Card, Expenses Card (for supplier costs & parts etc)Travel time:Paid after 30 minutes each way - although if starting before 7:30am & finishing after 17:30pm travel time paid in fullHoliday: 25 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysCall Out Rota: 1 in 5 at present but will extend to 1 in 9 / 10 as the team growsStandby Allowance: £125 when on callOvertime : Time & as standard, Weekends after Saturday 1pm double time, 10pm - 6am Double time, 6am - 8am time & Maintenance | Air Conditioning | AC | Mechanical | Electrical | Facilities | FM | M&E | Mobile | Data Centres JBRP1_UKTJ
