Purpose of the Job

To deliver planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across commercial office sites To cover a portfolio of buildings within the City & West End To provide a professional, client‑focused service while working independently To ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and in line with statutory requirements

Key Responsibilities

Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive HVAC works Fault‑finding, maintenance and repair of HVAC plant and systems Work on air conditioning, ventilation and associated systems Ensure all works are completed in compliance with Health & Safety regulations Accurately complete maintenance reports and documentation Liaise with clients, site teams and management professionally Work as either a foot mobile or vehicle mobile engineer depending on preference

Personal Experience / Qualifications / Skills

Proven HVAC background FGAS qualification essential Experience working within commercial office environments Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently across multiple sites Good communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and well‑organised
