Our client is a leading provider of vehicle load monitoring equipment for a wide range of commercial fleet companies and Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Mobile HGV / Heavy Plant Technician
Salary £40K - £42K DOE + Bonus + OT + Van + Paid travel time + Benefits
The Role:
The Mobile HGV / Heavy Plant Technician will be responsible for undertaking installation, service, maintenance, repair and calibration of a range of vehicle mounted load monitoring equipment.
You will work on a wide range of commercial fleet including HGV's, Heavy Plant and other commercial vehicles client locations throughout Southwest England.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours
Candidate:
You will be an experienced field service engineer ideally with a good mechanical engineering background. Ideally you will have previous experience in service and repair of load monitoring or weighing equipment.
Applicants with basic electrical fault find / diagnostics and repair skills will have an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
You will reside in a location within a 50 mile radius of Taunton.
