Mobile Maintenance Engineer

This is a fantastic role for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a fast growing building service provider! Excellent chance if you're looking to gain valuable career experience, up skill technically, and to be treated as an important asset to the company rather than a number

You'll be covering commercial sites within the M25

As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, react to emergencies, oversee a portfolio of commercial sites, liaise with clients and subcontractors and oversee all site logbooks.

Mobile Maintenance Engineer Duties:

Carry out PPM and reactive mechanical maintenance.

Work on motors, generators (on/off load testing), shutdowns, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, sprinkler systems, pumps, belts, bearings, seals, and water treatment systems.

Operate and have an understanding of BMS systems.

Safely isolate plant and equipment in line with site and statutory safety procedures.

Ensure all corrective and repair works comply with current regulations and standards.

Promote safe working practices and high-quality workmanship.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors where required.

Complete logbooks, RAMS, reports, and permits to work.

Raise and close jobs using PDA systems.

Mobile Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

Fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).

Minimum of 3 years’ experience within commercial building maintenance.

Strong communication skills with a professional, client-facing approach.

Apprentice-trained background (desirable).

Full UK driving licence.

Salary and Package:

£45,000 - £48,000 per annum

Monday - Friday, 8 - 5
