Are you a multi-skilled maintenance engineer who is looking for a new role? Are you a mobile engineer who is looking to avoid driving around Central London? Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to be based across 8 sites in South West & West London. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and living in the area. In return the company are offering a salary of £43,500 , Van & fuel card , 25 days holiday and an annual performance related bonus!

Key duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenance Maintain and update Log books Plumbing & Unblocking toilets

Requirements Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2&3 .18th Edition A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
