Mobile Maintenance Engineer (M&E) – Berkshire & Hampshire – £39,500\n\nLocation: Slough, Reading, Basingstoke, Maidenhead\nSalary: up to £40,000 per annum\nHours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (1/12 call-out)\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe’re currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Berkshire and Hampshire.\n\nThis is a mobile role carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites, working independently while maintaining high service standards for clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on building services systems across commercial properties.\n\n * Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency call-outs within the region.\n\n * Fault-finding and carrying out repairs on electrical and/or mechanical plant and equipment.\n\n * Complete maintenance documentation and ensure accurate site records are maintained.\n\n * Ensure all works are completed in compliance with health & safety regulations.\n\n * Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts.\n\nAbout You as the Mobile Maintenance Engineer\n\n * City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.\n\n * Proven experience within a mobile or commercial maintenance environment.\n\n * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.\n\n * Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.\n\n * Full UK driving licence.\n\n * Good communication and customer-facing skills.\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * up to £40,000 per annum\n\n * Overtime after hours and weekends\n\n * Company vehicle and fuel card\n\n * Company pension scheme\n\n * Ongoing training and clear career progression opportunities\n\nIf you’re an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding role in central London, take the next step in your career by clicking 'Apply Now
