Mobile M&E Engineer – Plumbing Bias – £46k to £52k

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

We are currently seeking a Mobile M&E Engineer with a plumbing bias to support commercial buildings. This role focuses on proper fault diagnosis and system understanding, not surface-level fixes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned and reactive M&E maintenance across commercial sites

* Maintain and fault find sealed LTHW heating systems

* Service and diagnose pressurisation units and expansion vessels

* Fault find, replace, and assess impact of pumps

* Maintain and service TMVs in school environments

* Understand controls, actuators, and plant response to demand

* Complete job reports using digital systems

* Liaise with site teams and clients professionally

Essential Requirements:

* Level 2 qualification minimum in plumbing or mechanical services

* Strong experience across mechanical and M&E systems

* Commercial maintenance background

* Confident working independently

* Full UK driving licence

On Offer:

* £46k to £52k salary depending on experience

* Monday to Friday. 7am to 3pm
