Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a variety of commercial sites Service and repair HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves, and pipework systems Maintain hot and cold-water systems and support compliance activities Diagnose faults quickly and complete necessary repairs or replacements Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships Complete job reports and compliance documentation accurately Skills & Experience Required Recognised mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent) Strong experience working within commercial building xbpsjku services or facilities management Good mechanical fault-finding skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK driving licence Whats on Offer Paying up to £45,000 per annum Company van and fuel card provided Monday to Friday working hours Overtime opportunities available Career development and training with a well-established FM business
