This is a fantastic opportunity for a dependable engineer seeking a stable role with strong earning potential and the freedom of a mobile position.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a variety of commercial sites\n\n * \n\n Service and repair HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves, and pipework systems\n\n * \n\n Maintain hot and cold-water systems and support compliance activities\n\n * \n\n Diagnose faults quickly and complete necessary repairs or replacements\n\n * \n\n Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards\n\n * \n\n Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships\n\n * \n\n Complete job reports and compliance documentation accurately\n\nSkills & Experience Required\n\n * \n\n Recognised mechanical qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n Strong experience working within commercial building services or facilities management\n\n * \n\n Good mechanical fault-finding skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to work independently and manage your own workload\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n £45,000 per annum\n\n * \n\n Company van and fuel card provided\n\n * \n\n Monday to Friday working hours\n\n * \n\n Overtime opportunities available\n\n * \n\n Career development and training with a well-established FM business
