A competitive base salary of £40,170, with on-target earnings of up to £52,000 A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm , and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair division, you’ll bring expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are. From driveways to office car parks, you’ll deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage. We’ll equip you for success from day one - with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit all provided.

But it doesn’t stop there: you’ll manage your stock, do your reporting, and keep those customer conversations flowing. You think on your feet.  You’ll be trusted to think on your feet and make the right call for each customer. Different fixes, different faces, new challenges every day.
