We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Mortgage Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support mortgage advisers with both pre- and post-sale administration, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients. Key Responsibilities
Assist mortgage advisers with the completion of post-sale documentation and administration
Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
Maintain and update client records within internal systems
Handle client enquiries and deliver excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
Prepare and issue client correspondence
Monitor the progress of mortgage applications and provide regular updates to clients and advisers
Carry out general administrative duties as required Requirements
Previous experience in mortgage administration or a similar role preferred
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage-related software systems
Knowledge of mortgage products and the financial services industry is advantageous Benefits
