We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established, family-run automotive business based in Preston, who are looking to add a qualified MOT Tester to their friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit garage that prides itself on quality workmanship, honest service, and a positive working environment.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
No weekend work!
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct MOT tests in accordance with current regulations
Accurately complete all required documentation
Identify and report any vehicle defects
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
Valid MOT Tester licence (Class 4 minimum)
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
