We’re hiring two Mid Weight creative specialists to support the development of a premium global brand:

• A Motion Designer to define how the brand moves, interacts, and transitions across digital environments
• A Graphic Designer to help build the core visual identity system from the ground up

Both roles are contract-based, hybrid (2–3 days onsite in Warwickshire), Inside IR35, and run until 31 March 2026.

Role 1: Motion Designer

You’ll focus on motion systems, transitions, and micro-interactions that bring static content to life across UI, and brand applications.

Must-have experience:

• Motion design delivery in both agency and in-house/corporate settings
• 2D + 3D motion systems using After Effects, Animate, Blender/Cinema4D/Houdini
• Understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, flow)
• Rendering workflows; Unreal Engine a plus
• Portfolio that aligns with brand-led, premium design work

Role 2: Graphic Designer

You’ll help create and apply the building blocks of a full visual identity system, typography, iconography, layout, patterns, and visual rules.

Must-have experience:

• Graphic design experience in both agency and in-house/corporate teams
• Strong command of identity systems and design consistency
• Adobe Creative Suite and Figma proficiency
• Clean, structured design execution
• Able to collaborate across disciplines and deliver at pace

Both roles are suitable for:

• Junior-to-mid creatives with strong portfolios and brand alignment
• Mid–seniors transitioning into contract work
• Those seeking a stable, high-quality contract through the end of Q1 2026
• Designers bridging a redundancy gap or looking to level up on a luxury project
• Paying £240/pd hourly, inside IR35 - suitable for mid level candidates, but open to all levels
