*We're looking for an experienced technician to join us.*

*The Role*

As a qualified technician, you'll be working across:

· MOT testing

· Vehicle servicing — all makes and models

· Mechanical repairs and overhauls

· Diagnostic fault-finding using modern equipment

· Tyre fitting, alignment and balancing

· Air conditioning servicing and repair

· Customer communication — explaining work clearly and honestly

*What We're Looking For*

*Essential:*

· NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

· Current MOT Tester qualification (or willingness to obtain — we'll fund it)

· *Minimum 3 years' experience* in a similar role

· Strong diagnostic skills

· Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

· *Customer-focused* — our reputation is everything

· Full UK driving licence

· *Competitive salary *— £33k starting depending on experience and qualifications + profit share

· No weekends — *Monday to Friday only*

· Well-equipped workshop ( 9 bays in total 4 x 2 poster lifts 1 x 4 poster, 2 x pits (ATL MOT bay), AC machines, modern diagnostics etc )

· Brand new ATL MOT bay — being installed now, operational spring 2026

· Ongoing training and development support

· MOT tester training funded if needed

· 20 days holiday + bank holidays
