What youll do: Coordinate and manage door-to-door corporate moves, ensuring high service standards. Provide expert guidance to clients and maintain clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, and agent networks. Track consignments worldwide and resolve operational issues efficiently. Manage financial processes, including budgeting, invoicing, and contract compliance. Support team leaders in client relationship management and onboarding new accounts. Deliver exceptional service in line with KPIs and contractual requirements.
