£55k-£70k DoE + Bonus We're recruiting for a new business focused Business Development Manager to cross and upsell across existing accounts whilst building new logos across projects and professional services. This role suits a commercially astute MSP salesperson who wants the confidence that nothing gets left on the table. Through a combination of deep in-house capability and strategic GSI partnerships, this business can deliver against virtually any client requirement, removing blockers, workaround conversations and missed opportunities. Role You'll join a medium sized commercial team who work closely with technical delivery and partners to shape parcel client's requirements into solutions. This MSP partners with industry leading vendors including Ms, HPE, Dell, Cisco, Zscaler and GSI Partners. This means you're never forced to walk away from complex or enterprise grade requirements due to capability gaps. There are many examples where the SLT here has leveraged their relationships to structure deals with new partners per requirements. Initially, the role will have a heavier weighting on new business, eventually balancing out as you develop into a hybrid BDM, collaborating with the customer success/account management team but always maintaining a presence with your clients. Hybrid working is available twice a week. Company We're recruiting for a national MSP, they're established in their domain as a full band MSP, covering everything from device management to office relocations and end to end migrations. What You'll Be Doing Generating and closing new project and managed service opportunities. Managing the full sales cycle from discovery through to close. Working consultatively to understand client challenges and propose solutions. Collaborating with technical teams and partners on solutions design. Delivering professional client meetings and presentations. Leveraging GSI partners to deliver complex or enterprise-scale solutions Producing proposals aligned to client objectives. Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting. Building long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. Key Skills +7 years of proven experience selling Managed IT Services / MSP solutions Comfortable selling Transformation and Managed Services across Cloud, Infrastructure and Security solutions. Strong commercial awareness with a consultative sales approach. Confident engaging at senior and C-suite level. Organised, motivated and relationship-driven. Broad Technical Exposure - MS Suite, Cloud, Hardware, Networking, Virtualisation & InfoSec. Full UK driving licence Package & Benefits Uncapped commission with strong OTE (£100k+).
