We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to work on Social Housing repairs and maintenance contracts across Blackpool.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
The Role
Working within the Social Housing sector, you will be carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance in occupied properties.
Duties will include:
*
General joinery repairs
*
Kitchen and bathroom repairs
*
Door hanging and adjustments
*
Skirting, architraves and flooring
*
Minor multi-trade works where required
*
Working in tenanted properties with professionalism and care
*
Updating job progress using a PDA device
Requirements
*
Proven experience in Social Housing repairs (essential)
*
Strong multi-skilled joinery background
*
Experience using a PDA device for job updates (essential)
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Own tools
*
Excellent customer service skills when working in occupied homes
Package

£22 per hour

Company van and fuel card provided
