Located in the heart of Newcastle's historic Quayside, the Redhouse Complex is a thriving destination that blends hospitality and heritage. As we prepare to open an exciting new venue within the complex, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi Site General Manager to oversee all site operations and help lead the complex into its next chapter of growth. As the Multi Site General Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day management of the Complex, including the coordination and successful launch of our new venue. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment and can inspire operational excellence across hospitality, events, and customer experience. You will report directly to the senior leadership team and play a critical role in shaping strategy, building high-performing teams, and delivering financial and experiential results. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous General Manager experience looking to take the next step in their career.

Our ideal candidate will: - Have a great front of house presence, with a focus on leading by example in inspiring and mentoring a team across multiple departments to get the best out of all staff members. - Show a comprehensive knowledge of quality food and drink, with an eye for detail. - Lead the opening and integration of a new venue on site. - Develop and mentor site managers to drive consistent performance. - Demonstrate strategic thinking, with a proven record of on-brand business development and an in depth understanding of the industry. - Possess a detailed comprehension of financial budgets, margins and targets and the ability to improve profitability and control costs effectively. - Be diligent about ensuring that routine procedures are followed with strong knowledge of health, safety and compliance procedures and regulations. - Have good awareness with an analytical approach to problem solving, with an ability to implement continuous improvement strategies to optimise operations and guest experience. - Have a proven record of success in a similar role managing a multi-site complex, ideally with experience of opening a new site.
