Role Overview
We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer for a temp-to-perm position on a static site in the North London area. This role combines electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of all site systems. You will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and support general engineering tasks.
Key Responsibilities of a Multi Skilled Engineer:
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across electrical, mechanical, and building systems
* Respond to and complete reactive maintenance requests promptly
* Conduct general site maintenance and minor repairs
* Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
* Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
* Work safely and adhere to all health & safety procedures
Requirements of a Multi Skilled engineer:
* Electrical qualifications, including 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Proven experience in multi-skilled maintenance (PPM and reactive)
* Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and technical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in both electrical and general site engineering tasks is preferred
