An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a well-established engineering team supporting a high-profile commercial site in Central London . The Role You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of building services systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire safety, and water treatment. Working as part of a shift team, youll deliver both planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring all works meet contractual and statutory requirements. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across building services systems

Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures, permits to work, and risk assessments

Liaising with site stakeholders and specialist subcontractors

Accurately updating CAFM systems and maintenance documentation

Supporting minor works and providing technical input where required
