*Overview:* An exciting opportunity has arisen at Facility Services Group Ltd for a Multi-Skilled Fabric Engineer with a carpentry focus. The successful candidate will work across the South West on various commercial and domestic contracts, performing a range of tasks including carpentry, decoration, tiling, and patch plastering.

*Responsibilities:* * Perform all aspects of building maintenance and general repairs to a high standard. * Utilize carpentry skills to manage and complete specific tasks. * Work independently and proactively on various sites. * Collaborate with a team when necessary to ensure efficient completion of projects.

*Requirements:* * Proven experience and excellent knowledge in building maintenance, including a carpentry bias. * NVQ or City & Guilds certification in a relevant field. * Strong problem-solving skills with a capability to provide effective solutions. * Excellent communication skills. * Basic knowledge of other trades such as decoration, tiling, and plastering is desirable. * Must possess a full UK driving license. * Willingness to participate in an on-call rota. * Enhanced DBS check will be required (facilitated by FSG).
