This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with experience in a wide range of joinery and carpentry tasks. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out general carpentry and joinery works across domestic and social housing properties

Installing and repairing doors, frames, skirting, and other timber fixtures

Working on responsive maintenance contracts and planned refurbishment projects

Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence - essential for site travel

NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry/Joinery or a related discipline

Proven experience in domestic, residential, or social housing maintenance environments

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
