Multi-Skilled Electrician (Facilities Maintenance)CBW have a new opportunity for a fully qualified and experienced Multi-Skilled Electrician to join a facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a wide range of building services systems within commercial and industrial environments. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.Perform emergency lighting testing and general electrical inspections.Maintain and repair building services, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.Work on a variety of systems including lighting, power, and mechanical services.Follow method statements, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely manner.Accurately report and document technical information and completed work.Scope of Work IncludesLighting systems and small power installationsLow voltage electrical distribution systems and switchgearFire alarm systemsVentilation and air conditioning (A/C) systemsLow temperature hot water (LTHW) heating boilers and pumpsDomestic hot and cold water systemsEssential RequirementsRecognised electrical industry qualificationFully qualified electrician with IEE 18th Edition certificationProven experience in commercial or industrial environmentsExperience in facilities management and general electrical maintenanceStrong understanding of risk assessments and safe working practicesAbility to follow instructions, interpret plans, and communicate effectivelyDesirable QualificationsC&G 2391 Testing and Certification of Electrical InstallationsSkills & AttributesMulti-skilled with a proactive approach to maintenanceStrong problem-solving and fault-finding abilityGood communication and reporting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSalary & BenefitsSalary up to £38,000Generous holiday allowance and option to buy / sell holidaysLife coverShopping discount / Cycle to workJBRP1_UKTJ
