Job Description

Multi-skiled Mainteance Engineer - Large commercial offices in Manchester\n\nMain duties and responsibilities:\n\n* Facilities Maintenance including but not exclusive to:- \n* Emergency lighting. \n* L8 Water Monitoring. \n* AHU Servicing and Maintenance.

\n* Fan Coil Service and Maintenance. \n* Pump Servicing. \n* Minor Electrical Works.

\n* Basic Plumbing inc taps, Syphons, Flush Valves, Waste pipework. \n* BMES interrogations inc Control Panels. \n* Statutory PPMs in line with SFG20.

\n* Complete electronic and paper records of all tasks carried out and filed in the site log books. \n* Carry out housekeeping of all plant areas. \n* Manage subcontractors when working on site.\n\nDuties include:\n\n- An understanding or plumbing and HVAC systems\n\n- 18th edition would be advantageous\n\n- Experience of BMES systems\n\n- Posses a recognised trade qualification.
