Essential Requirements:
Full Clean UK Driving License Experience in multiple trades such as Carpentry and Joinery, Plumbing, Tiling, Rendering, Plastering and Painting and Decorating Solid understanding
on the
safe use of power and hand tools Have a positive can do attitude Be able to priorities all allocated work sensibly and efficiently Be a great team player as well as having ability to work on your own initiative Confident using handheld IT Equipment - Basic understanding of Excel , Outlook and word Excellent timekeeping and communication skills Full industry recognised qualification obtained to NVQ Level 3, or equivalent CSCS Card. Desirable Requirements :
Previous experience working within facilities management

Working Hours:
45 hours per week, you must be flexible with working days/hours, working away, early starts, late finishes and some weekend work. Participate in the 'out-of-hour service on a Rota basis,
on average 1 in 6 weeks.
This
