Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Permanent Hayes £47k Monday to Friday
MJM Industrial are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer for a permanent position based in Hayes. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable engineer who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately within a fast-paced operational environment.
The successful candidate will join a professional engineering team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimising equipment and facilities to ensure maximum reliability and performance. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations through proactive maintenance and rapid fault resolution.
In this role, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day operation:
* Maintaining, repairing, and servicing plant, building, and equipment.
* Utilising your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to diagnose and fix equipment breakdowns.
* Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise the equipment and processes.
* Participating in preventative maintenance
* Participate in reactive maintenance
* Working with the engineering team and other departments to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Mornings and Evening shifts Plenty of overtime on the weekends

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment.
* Knowledge of automation, hydraulics and pneumatics.
* Own tools.
* A flexible and adaptable work style, as the role requires working shifts (including evenings and weekends) as needed.
* A proactive and problem-solving approach.
