Role Overview We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team. This role is both hands-on and supervisory, requiring a strong technical background alongside proven people management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving plant performance in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment Work hands-on to diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime Lead, support, and develop a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and engagement Manage and prioritise workloads in a high-pressure production environment Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System), ideally SAP Raise, track, and close work orders through SAP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards and company procedures
