Lecturer in Construction (Basic Skills in Construction L1&L2 ) Salary: £28.000 to £35.000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) Annual leave 40 days including bank holidays Hours: 37.5 hours per week Central Building & Welding Academy have an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction tutor or a tradesperson that wants to re-train as a tutor and pass their skills onto the next generation teaching 16-18 year old students. CBWA are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated tutor who can inspire our learners and help them to reach their full potential with our level 1 and 2 construction courses. At CBWA we pride ourselves on our ability to support young learners that have previously struggled to engage in regular academic environments. This course is an established part of our curriculum, and we are a high achieving training provider with strong links to the local authority and many of the schools in our area. Our group sizes are small and manageable, in this role, you will be working with a maximum of six learners.
