Damp & Mould Operative / Multi Trader
to join their responsive maintenance team. You will be working across occupied domestic properties and void properties, delivering damp and mould treatments, remedial repairs, and associated multi-trade works. This is a long-term, ongoing contract. Responsibilities of a Damp & Mould Operative / Multi Trader Carry out damp and mould remediation works including wash-downs, treatments, sealant application, and preventative measures Undertake associated repairs such as plastering, painting, basic carpentry, and ventilation improvements Complete reactive maintenance tasks in response to tenant reports Work in a safe, professional, and courteous manner at all times Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies, risk assessments, COSHH regulations, and safe working practices Desirable Experience of a Damp & Mould Operative / Multi Trader Previous experience working on damp and mould contracts within social housing Experience working in occupied residential properties and void properties Multi-skilled background including plastering, painting & decorating, basic plumbing, and carpentry Knowledge of condensation control, ventilation systems, and mould prevention techniques Qualifications & Skills of a Damp & Mould Operative / Multi Trader Relevant trade qualification (plastering, painting & decorating, plumbing, or multi-trade background advantageous) Proven ability to deliver high-quality workmanship consistently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Full UK driving licence Own van and tools Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Contact - 07548 764117 or email
