Multi Trader – Social Housing\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our busy Social Housing maintenance team. You will deliver high-quality repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across occupied and void properties, ensuring safe, comfortable homes for our residents.\n\nYou will be supplied a company van and fuel card.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarry out a variety of trade repairs including (but not limited to): carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, plastering, tiling, and basic electrical work\n\t\nDiagnose and complete reactive repairs in occupied homes with professionalism and care\n\t\nUndertake planned maintenance and void property works to an excellent standard\n\t\nEnsure all works comply with health & safety regulations and organisational policies\n\t\nProvide great customer service and communicate clearly with residents\n\t\nMaintain accurate records of materials, time, and completed works via handheld devices\n\t\nWork independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and service-level targets\n\nAbout You\n\nProven experience as a Multi Trader, Multi-Skilled Operative, or similar role\n\t\nStrong competency in at least two core trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating etc.)\n\t\nCarpentry or Plumbing qualification\n\t\nExperience working in social housing environments (occupied and void properties) is preferred\n\t\nGood understanding of health & safety practices and risk assessments\n\t\nFull UK driving licence (company van provided)
