A leading construction and facilities management company is seeking a skilled Multi Skilled Electrician to join the Leedsdivision, on a full time, permanent basis. Having been established for over 50 years they are a forward-thinking business, with an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities:
Carry out all types of repairs and maintenance work in a multi-skilled environment allied to the Electrical trade discipline
Completion of repairs and maintenance in other trade disciplines where deemed competent to complete these
Attend repairs and maintenance appointments on time and complete works on the first occasion, in one visit and within target times
As and when required, diagnose necessary remedial works, make appointments/arrangements and organise materials required
Removal or make arrangements for the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon the completion of any works
Requirements
ECS Gold Card
C&G Electrical & Inspection and Testing
Full UK driving licence
Background in a repairs and maintenance or property services environment
