Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Shift: Monday Friday: Rotating two-shift pattern (early/late) & Seasonal shift change during busy period
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Key Multi-Skilled Engineer Requirements Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with schedules
Respond quickly to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out effective repairs
Perform both mechanical and electrical maintenance across production equipment
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Support production teams to ensure minimal downtime and disruption
Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental standards
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Multi-Skilled Engineer Requirements:
Essential:
Level 3 (or above) qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled Engineering
Strong multi-skilled engineering capability (mechanical & electrical) xbpsjku
Experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment (FMCG/food is ideal but not strictly required)
Proven experience with fault finding and root cause analysis
Experience carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
Understanding of maintenance systems and engineering documentation
Desirable:
Experience working with automated machinery, conveyors, or packaging equipment
Basic knowledge of PLC systems and fault finding
Additional engineering or equipment-specific certifications
