Multi-Skilled Engineer X4 \n\nLondon - Canary Wharf \n\n£50,300 \n\n38 hours a week full time (complex shift pattern, which includes days & nights)\n\n4 Nights then 4 rest days / 3 days and 3 nights then 4 rest days / 4 days the 6 rest days)\n\nBrief\n\nMulti-Skilled Engineer needed for a well-known Facilities Management organisation based in London who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Multi-Skilled Engineer that takes pride in their work.\n\nThe successful candidate must have experience with mechanical systems, water treatment, and L8 ACOP and have a keen interest in being a Multi Skilled Engineer on shifts. If you have time-served electrical tradesman with relevant certifications C&G BS 7671, HVAP that will be a plus!\n\nBenefits\n\nSalary: £45,000 - £50,300 per annum\n24 day's holidays\nVariable annual bonus based 5-15%\nPension Plan\nCareer Progression \n\nWhat the role entails:\n\nSome of the main duties of the Multi-Skilled Engineer will include:\n\nMaintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, and water treatment systems\nEnsure all PPM and reactive tasks meet contract SLAs\nManage risk assessments, permits to work, and compliance documentation\nCollaborate closely with customers and subcontractors\nUse CAFM systems for task management (Planon knowledge a plus)\nProvide technical support and quotations for chargeable work\nEmbrace a flexible, "can-do" attitude, willing to work beyond core skills \n\nWhat experience you need to be the successful Multi-Skilled Engineer:\n\nTime-served electrical tradesman with relevant certifications (C&G BS 7671, HVAP desirable)\nExperience with mechanical systems, water treatment, and L8 ACOP\nStrong health & safety knowledge (IOSH Managing Safely preferred)\nProficient in CAFM and mobile tools\nReliable, confident, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills \n\nThis really is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to progress their career.
