Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Westminster, London
Salary: £45,000 + Training & Development

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join the on-site engineering team at a large, high-end mixed-use development in Westminster. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a prestigious and technically diverse environment, covering luxury residential, commercial offices, retail spaces, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site

* Fault finding and repair on electrical and mechanical systems

* Maintain and service building systems including lighting, power, HVAC, and basic mechanical plant

* Support the smooth operation of a large, complex estate with a variety of end-users

* Liaise with subcontractors and ensure works are completed to a high standard

* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site policies

* Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

Requirements:

* Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* Proven experience in a commercial or mixed-use environment

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently within a busy site environment

* Good communication skills when dealing with clients, tenants, and contractors

Desirable:

* Experience working within high-end residential or mixed-use developments

* Basic mechanical knowledge (HVAC, pumps, motors, etc.)

* Additional certifications or training within building services
