About the Role We are recruiting an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to work on empty properties, completing refurbishments and bringing homes back to a high, decent living standard. You'll be working on a temporary contract for a respected Tier 1 contractor, carrying out a variety of joinery and general maintenance tasks within void and occasionally occupied domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities First and second fix joinery
Kitchen and bathroom replacements
Skirting, architraves, doors, frames, and flooring
Basic plaster patching, tiling, and minor multi-trade duties as required
Working to schedule to ensure properties are turned around efficiently
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer care
Ensuring all work is compliant with H&S requirements
Requirements Proven experience as a Joiner within social housing, voids, or domestic refurbishment
Comfortable completing a range of multi-trade tasks
Full tools and own vehicle
Ability to work independently and deliver quality work to deadlines
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Valid CSCS Card (advantageous but not always essential depending on contract)
