As a
Multi Skilled Engineer , you will ensure the reliability and efficiency of high-speed production lines. You will bridge the gap between
Reactive Maintenance
and long-term
Reliability Engineering . Key Responsibilities: Deliver both
Reactive
and
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
tasks.
Perform high-level
PLC Fault Finding
and repair on complex
Automation Systems .
Diagnose and repair plant and equipment efficiently to maximize
OEE .
Manufacture or modify parts using lathes, milling machines, and welding equipment.
Record activities accurately within the
CMMS
(Computerized Maintenance Management System).
About You
Qualified:
Minimum
NVQ Level 3 ,
HNC , or equivalent in Engineering.
Experience:
Proven track record in
FMCG
or high-volume manufacturing.
Mindset:
A positive attitude toward
Continuous Improvement ,
5S , and
Lean
standards.
