Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Aylesbury / Aston Clinton (HP22)

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Days & Nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

Salary: up to £48k

We're recruiting a hands-on Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a high-volume FMCG manufacturing site in Aylesbury. This is a shift-based role supporting modern production equipment, focused on breakdown response, planned maintenance and improving equipment reliability.

The Role

Reactive maintenance and breakdown support across production equipment Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime Electrical and mechanical fault-finding Working on blow moulding machinery and associated plant Accurate completion of maintenance records Working safely to site health, safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, packaging, plastics, food, beverage or similar) Multi-skilled background (electrical & mechanical) NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering - essential Comfortable working a 4 on 4 off days and nights (6-6) shift pattern A reliable, practical engineer who works well in a team
