Exciting Opportunity with a Reputable Housing Association for a Multi Skilled Operative who can carry out vinyl floor laying.A reputable housing association is offering a genuinely exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring) to join its Property Maintenance and Construction team.If youre a skilled operative who takes pride in quality work, enjoys variety, and wants a secure role where your work truly makes a difference to peoples homes and lives, this could be the role for you.

About the Role
As a Multi Skilled Operative with a flooring discipline, you will:Carry out a wide range of flooring works in both domestic and commercial propertiesDeliver work to a high standard, always putting the customer firstUse your wider trade skills to support multi-skilled maintenance worksWork safely and professionally, following risk assessments, drawings and specifications Be part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing the job right first timeWhat Were Looking ForYoull ideally have:NVQ Level 2 in Floorcovering (or working towards) Around 2 years on-site experience A valid CSCS card appropriate to the roleExperience working in occupied homes and commercial environmentsConfidence working in a target-driven environmentA good understanding of health & safety and risk assessmentsAbility to read and work from construction drawingsA positive, adaptable attitude with strong communication skillsLinked building skills to carry out multi-skilled works
