Leeds Permanent | Full-Time Salary: Up to £35,000 + Company Van & Benefits

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a busy repairs and maintenance team, delivering high-quality services across social housing properties in Leeds.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for plumbing repairs as well as supporting with wider maintenance tasks to ensure homes are safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing

* Carry out fault finding on plumbing systems to diagnose and resolve issues

* Complete routine and emergency plumbing repairs, including leaks, toilets, taps, and pipework

* Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, fittings, and appliances in line with regulations

* Deliver reactive and planned maintenance across social housing properties

* Support with multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, painting, and patch plastering

* Respond promptly to service requests and ensure work is completed within agreed timescales

* Maintain accurate records of all work completed

* Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards

* Provide a professional and customer-focused service when working in occupied homes

What we’re looking for

* NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Plumbing (or equivalent)

* Valid CSCS or JIB card

* Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs, ideally within social housing

* Basic knowledge of electrical systems related to plumbing

* Experience in multi-trade works (e.g. plastering, carpentry, decorating)

* Full UK driving licence
