Key Requirements Paid experience in carpentry plumbing and tiling Previous social housing experience Clean driving licence (essential) Not a trainee role The Role Working for a local authority in Northampton to maintain and repair social housing properties. xehkeey You will handle emergency work and property turnarounds within a small team.
