Multi-Trade Operative

I am working with a New Homes Developer who have residential developments within the Home counties. They are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join their team ideally with 5+ years residential maintenance experience.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of construction and ability to problem-solve with defects, likely to come from a background in the trades e.g. Painting, Decorating, Carpentry and Joinery.

Day to day duties:

Resolve defects in a speedy manner
Complete all required paperwork (time sheets) for submission to the Divisional offices
Carry out inspections of reported defects as and when required
Report any repetitive defects on active and non-active sites to the Customer Care Manager
