National Account Manager – Furniture and Homewares Division

Key Responsibilities


As National Account Manager, you will:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including leading department stores, national retailers etc.
  • Collaborate with partners to refine product assortments, boost visibility, and enhance online performance.
  • Oversee operations with our external logistics partner, ensuring smooth daily processes and optimal stock availability.
  • Plan and deliver marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in partnership with internal teams.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, shaping joint business plans and monitoring performance against agreed targets.
  • Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and online content across all concessions.
  • Support UK Wholesale activities and maximise retailer opportunities in the market.
  • Identify new Ecommerce growth channels, including marketplaces, drop-ship models, and emerging digital platforms.


What We’re Looking For


  • Experience of developing and growing UK retail home and furniture accounts
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve problems.
  • A background in sales, account management, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven organisational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of the UK market landscape, competition and trends.
