National Account Manager – Furniture and Homewares Division

You’ll be responsible for growing and developing relationships with existing customer to deliver sustainable revenue and support long-term market growth. Key Responsibilities
As National Account Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including leading department stores, national retailers etc.
- Collaborate with partners to refine product assortments, boost visibility, and enhance online performance.
- Oversee operations with our external logistics partner, ensuring smooth daily processes and optimal stock availability.
- Plan and deliver marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in partnership with internal teams.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, shaping joint business plans and monitoring performance against agreed targets.
- Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and online content across all concessions.
- Support UK Wholesale activities and maximise retailer opportunities in the market.
- Identify new Ecommerce growth channels, including marketplaces, drop-ship models, and emerging digital platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience of developing and growing UK retail home and furniture accounts
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve problems.
- A background in sales, account management, business development, or client relationship management.
- Self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to work independently.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven organisational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of the UK market landscape, competition and trends.
